Supposi-Plex™ V33 Suppository Base
Supposi-Plex™ V33 is an easy to use pellet form suppository base that is derived from vegetable and fatty alcohol origins. It is stable at room temperature, non-irritating, and generally recommended for vaginal and rectal suppositories. Supposi-Plex™ V33 also contains emulsifiers that improve the dispersibility of hydrophobic actives and does not require mold lubrication. It has a melting range of 32-35°C (89-95°F) and meets the requirements of USP-NF/EP.
During summer months, it is recommended to use expedited shipping for suppository bases due to the melting temperature of the product.
