Mini-Pearls™ Compounding System

The Mini-Pearls™ Compounding System offers an efficient solution for high-volume production of small-dose troches or suppositories. The system features 228 precision-molded spherical cavities, each with a 6.3 mm diameter and a volume of 0.13 mL. Each Mini-Pearl™ weighs an average of 0.2 g when filled with Techna 20™ SF Troche Base (Sweetened) (SKU: B0070).

The Top Mold (SKU: E0591-00) is crafted from durable, flexible, non-stick white silicone that meets food-grade standards and is safe for use in ovens, microwaves, freezers, and dishwashers. It withstands temperatures from -60 to 230˚C (-76 to 446˚F).

The Black Set Plate (SKU: E0589-00), made from lightweight yet rigid high-density polymer, is designed to be gentle on countertops, featuring smooth edges and a scratch-resistant surface. It has a temperature resistance range of -50˚C to 90˚C (-58˚F to 194˚F) and includes four stainless steel alignment pegs for precise assembly.
