Krystal SF™ Quickset Hard Candy Base
Krystal SF™ is a proprietary, free-flowing, sugar-free, sorbitol-free hard candy base that is easy to compound. It features a relatively sweet taste and is formulated with our natural Bitter-Bloc™ Technology to block bitter notes found in many APIs. It offers high production efficiency with its excellent mold release properties, working temperature down to 115°C, and ability to hard set in under an hour. (study available upon request). When compounded with our SmartPopps™ Lollipop Molds (SKU: E0500-01), it produces a hard finished product with distinct mouth-feel texture, low moisture absorption in humid conditions, and good suspending properties. Krystal SF™ can be sweetened, colored, and flavored, making it perfect for creating lollipops or hard lozenges.
